How long does shipping take within Malaysia?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia once your order has been processed.
What is your return policy for beauty tools?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.
Do Stryv products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic beauty tools come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
