At Stryv MY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty tech; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for items in original condition. Please ensure all packaging and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or our website contact form with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Stryv device in its original box and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
